Returning members were Tom Gowran (Chairman), Caroline O'Connell (Treasurer), Carol Beyer (Assistant Treasurer), Dave Corcoran (Training Officer) and Stephen Dunne (Equipment Officer). The new Committee would like to thank outgoing members for all their hard work during the past season.Among other items discussed were the establishment of pool sessions for November and focussed training sessions to be held once a month, led by senior club paddlers.Other NewsThe weekly river-run was held on the River Inny at Ballymahon last Sunday morning at 9.30am (See photos below). Water levels were low but this enabled less experienced paddlers within the group to engage in some 'stopper' practice which should come in handy for the upcoming season! The club would also like to welcome new members Niall Killeen and Pat Clifford. For further information contact Brian Staunton, Club PRO at 086 8367971.
