The Voice of Ireland 2013 - have you got what it takes?

The Voice of Ireland is set to return to your screens in January 2013. Following its successful debut this year, the show is again on the lookout for the freshest Irish talent.With the application process well under way, if you think you have what it takes to become the next Voice of Ireland, visit www.rte.ie/thevoice before applications close on September 3.Applicants can audition via MP3 and through the website. Successful applicants will then be called to audition with the show's producers in Dublin before the top acts are picked to audition before our four coaches later in the year.This year's Voice of Ireland winner, Pat Byrne, has just finished recording his debut album, which is due for release in October. Word on the street is it has a Springsteen vibe - we can't wait to hear it.
