Columb Barracks could be concert venue

Columb Barracks could be turned into an open air concert venue that would help finance its maintenance and administration - if and when control of the historic facility is passed over to the people of Mullingar.This was one of the large number of suggestions put forward at Monday's night meeting in The Greville Arms Hotel, organised by the Friends of Columb Barracks to discuss its future.
