The Marie Keating Foundation Mobile Information Unit comes to Mullingar
Whelehans of Mullingar are delighted to welcome The Marie Keating Foundation purpose built Mobile Information Unit to Mullingar on Thursday November 7th from 10:30am and 3:30pm.
There will be a specialist cancer nurse on board all day to provide cancer information to the general public free of charge in an informal and non-intrusive way. The nurse will facilitate confidential one to one private consultations and information presentations on the day. The Unit is stocked with take home information leaflets on Bowel, Lung, Mouth, Skin, Testicular, Prostate, Cervical, Ovarian and Breast cancer. The unit will be located in front of Whelehans Pharmacy on Pearse St for the day. This is not a screening service.
