Mullingar mum is Operation Transformation finalist
A Mullingar woman is in the running to become one of Operation Transformation's leaders for its new series.
Mum of two Annette Templeton is one of 20 finalists hoping to become a leader in the new series of the hit RTE show, which begins next January.
A stay at home mum living in Mullingar with her two daughters Lucy and Zara, Annette, who appeared on John Murray's Radio 1 show yesterday with her fellow finalists, says that she loves being there for her girls but has become one of those mums who drives the kids to school in her PJs!
She has struggled with her weight since her twenties and while she hasn't weighed herself in over a year, she knows she is at her heaviest.
Proud of the fact that she gave up smoking last year at her daughters' request, she believes that now that she has conquered cigarettes it is time to deal with her weight.
Annette will find out next week whether she has been successful.
Best of luck, Annette !
