George keeping his fingers crossed for Monday award

Monday night will be a big occasion for Mullingar fishmonger, George Stephens.
George was this week named as a finalist in the BIM’s Young Fishmonger of the Year 2014, and the winner will be named at BIM’s annual awards night at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dublin.
Today the finalists  underwent the final stage in the competition when they completed a filleting  and skills practical test examination which was followed by a business focused development interview with the judging panel.
Senator Feargal Quinn, is the guest speaker for the competition’s prize-giving ceremony.
