VIDEO: The Heathers rock Mullingar
Ellie and Louise Macnamara, better known to most as Irish pop sensation Heathers, were in Mullingar's Number 1 on Thursday night with support from Mullingar band The Academic and the blusey sounds of Paulie Martin.
Heathers wowed the crowds with an acoustic set of all their songs including 'Forget Me Knots', 'Remember When' and a great cover of Katy Perry's hit single 'Roar'.
Speaking during the gig both sisters explained that it was their first time in a long time getting to play just the two of them and that they had been 'looking forward to this gig for a long time'. See the video below for their performance of 'Remember When' made famous by the Fáilte Ireland advertising campaign.
