€15k for two retail units and two offices in Kilbeggan
A Kilbeggan building with two retail units and two offices is going under the hammer next month in Dublin with a reserve price of between €15,000 and €25,000.
The two storey mixed use building in the Riverview House development is one of five Westmeath lots up for grabs at the Allsop auction in the RDS on May 2. It comprises two 75sq m retail units on the ground floor and two 75sq m offices on the first floor.
A 10.67 hectares plot of land on the outskirts of the village on the Moate road is also up for sale. According to the brochure, the land, which has a reserve of €140,000, is zoned residential, sporting/recreational and enterprise and employment.
Tara House in Castlepollard is also going under the hammer on May 2, with a reserve price of between €160,000 and €180,000. The tree storey mixed use property comprises two ground floor retail units, two three bed apartments on the first floor and one two bed apartment on the second floor.
Also included in the auction are residential properties in Lismacaffrey and Ballycorkey, Ballynacargy. The Ballycorkey house, which is a three bed bungalow on a 1.12 hectare site, has a reserve price of €25,000, while the Lismacaffrey property, which is a one bedroom bungalow on a 1.18 acre site, has a reserve price of €15,000.
The auction on May 2 will be Allsop’s biggest in Dublin to date with 224 lots for sale.
