The Cloak visits the Market Square ahead of Mullingar show
Characters from The Cloak paid their first visit to the Market Square ahead of their two night show next weekend in the Mullingar Arts Centre.
Featuring Rochfortbridge dancer Kevin Lyster as St Patrick, The Cloak tells the emotional story of St Brigid through spectacular music, song and dance.
“It’s just a spectacular show. It’s so different, with the dancing, interacting with the singing and with the movie that plays intermittently throughout," Kevin told the Westmeath Examiner today.
"The lighting, the music, the dance, we've developed an emotional attachment to this show like no other," he continued.
"We’re looking forward to bringing it to Mullingar next weekend. There's so many local people in the show and we are really excited to bring it to our home town. We want it to be a success here."
The Cloak runs for two nights at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Friday and Saturday May 23 - 24.
