Tidy Towns adjudicator to host information evenings

Dr Christy Boylan, adjudicator for Tidy Towns, and Entente Florale and landscape consultant, will present two information evenings to Tidy Towns groups this week, the first of them tonight, Tuesday.

The events are in the Executive Lounge, Council Buildings, Mullingar on Tuesday June 3 at 7pm, and in the Prince of Wales Hotel, Athlone on Wednesday June 11, also at 7pm.

The event in Mullingar is being hosted by Mullingar Tidy Towns in association with Westmeath County Council.

Ruth Maxwell from the council’s Environment Department, said: “These evenings are being hosted to assist groups in their planning for their area and help them identify the local options and opportunities within their areas.”
