Days to go to the first NewC Fest
NewC Fest takes place in the surrounds of 300-year-old manor home, Newcastle House, Ballymahon, County Longford on Saturday June 7, starting at noon.
The one-day, two-stage music festival with free camping promotes the best of Irish music by Keywest, Big September, Tupelo, Red Empire, White Chalk, Children of the Son, and Color//Sound.
The festival will also host some of the best emerging talent Ireland has to offer. The Courtyard Stage will host Valentino is Dead, Soggy Turf, Tonight We Live, Censor the Beast, Bite the Killer Cat, Danny Thompson and the Well Dressed Hobos, Last Second Magic, Anaheim, and Checkerplate.
More than just a music festival, NewC Fest will also feature comedy and adventurous activities for thrill seekers.
Camping is free and will be available at the festival from the evening of Friday June 6 from 6pm to Sunday June 8 with a DJ tent to entertain revellers from Friday.
