Breaking down the budget over breakfast
Mullingar Chamber of Commerce, in association with Stephens Cooke and Associates, will host its annual budget breakfast briefing in the Greville Arms Hotel 15 October at 7.45am.
“The economy is performing strongly and we are expecting innovative tax measures to help sustain the recovery and there is an expectation that there will be a reduction in income tax. There is also great hopes among traders that this budget will include a significant international tax strategy,” said Ian Gavin, chamber president.
“The chamber will be ready to go the following morning after this government’s fourth budget, to provide expert analysis and guidance for our breakfast guests.”
The event which is being sponsored by AIB will include speakers from Stephens Cooke providing a comprehensive overview and up to date tax analysis of the key issues arising in Budget 2015.
“The budget breakfast presentations are a great way for chamber members to see how they will be affected both as individuals and as companies by any changes announced,” said Mr Galvin.
