Mullingars panto sleeping beauty opens next week

It's that time of year again, oh no it isn't, oh yes it is! Mullingar Panto Group's production of Sleeping Beauty opens on Thursday December 4!

The Mullingar Panto Group are back this Christmas with their own unique twist on the timeless fairy-tale of your dreams, Sleeping Beauty.

Once upon a time in a Panto-land far, far away, the beautiful princess Aurora was born.

When the time came for her to be christened, an uninvited guest – the evil Maleficent cursed the princess so that on her 16th birthday she would prick her finger and fall to her death. What could possibly undo such a dastardly curse?

Tickets for the Mullingar Panto Groups annual pantomime Sleeping Beauty at the Mullingar Arts Centre are selling quicker than hot mince pies!

Featuring all your favorite Panto characters – the fairy godmothers played by Niamh O’ Shea, Claire Gilmartin and Laura Murphy, Prince Charming is played by Conor Walsh, the beautiful Princess Aurora played is by Tess McLachlan, the evil Maleficent is played by Meadhbh Hughes, and Auroras hilarious Mother Queen Plum (Banjo Quinn ) and Aunt Pudding (Paul Doolin)
