Four westmeath lots go under the hammer at dublin auction
A 132-acre Ballymore farm and a Drumcree bungalow are among 234 lots going under the hammer at Allsop’s latest Irish auction, which takes place in Dublin on July 8.
The parcel of land in Ballymore has a reserve range of between €825,000 and €925,000 and is currently in agricultural use, according to Allsop’s website. It also has frontage on the L1346 and borders Lough Sewdy to the east.
In the north of the county a three bed detached house in the Loughstown Holiday Village is up for sale with a reserve price of €50,000.
Other local properties going under the hammer at the auction include a two bedroom apartment in Mullingar’s Lakepoint development, which has a reserve price of €45,000, and an apartment in the Market Square in Kilbeggan (reserve price €30,000).
