Operation Transformation is searching for leaders for its new series, which is linking with The Ray D’Arcy Show for 2016.

At the launch in Dublin, Alan Mullen, Louise Ormsby, Eilish Kavanagh and Mark McArdle attended, and offered advice for anyone thinking of signing up.

Alan’s starting weight when he began OT was 26 st 8.5lb.
His weight at end of OT was 24st 6lbs and his current weight is 20st 8lb.

Alan tells RTÉ: “OT changed me completely. I know exactly where I want to be and know that I need to keep myself from slipping. If I hadn’t done it I’d be in a graveyard.”
