Passport found at Euro 2016

We’ve just received this note from Euro 2016: can anyone help?

“A passport has been found in Lille, France by a David Costigan.

“He is looking for the owner on Facebook.

“Alan Noel Tyrrell from Westmeath – he will need it to get home.

“Please put it out there and see if anyone knows him.

“Such supportive, brilliant fans. It would be a shame to ruin his stay.”
