Get ready for Darkness Into Light

This year’s Darkness Into Light 5km walk in aid of Pieta House takes place on Saturday May 6 at 4.15am.

This is the fifth year of the event in Mullingar, and last year 1,700 people took part.

It starts and finishes at Columb Barracks and will follow the same route as last year.

It takes €1,000 to fund a person through a full cycle of counselling with Pieta House, so all funds raised through the Darkness Into Light walks are put to good use.

Participants can register online at dil.pieta.ie or call to the Darkness Into Light shop beside the Greville Arms (see FB for opening times).
