Locals will be out for Dublin2Mayo run 2019
Local farmers gathered at the Lough Owel car park on the N4 as they awaited last year’s Dublin to Mayo charity tractor run.
This year’s event takes place over Easter weekend.
It starts in Dublin on Good Friday and is due to come via Mullingar, when the machines will parade through the centre of the town.
The run is part of a fundraising effort for the Special Baby Care Unit at Mayo University Hospital, the National Rehabilitation Centre in Dun Laoghaire and the Special Baby Care Unit at Mullingar hospital.
The first prize in the accompanying draw is a Massey Ferguson 135.
Contact James Wallace, Multyfarnham, on 087 6476014 for more information or details on how to get involved.
