Eight being treated on trolleys at Mullingar hospital
There are eight people being treated on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar this morning, according to the INMO's daily Trolley Watch survey.
All eight patients are being treated in the hospital's Emergency Department.
Nationally, the INMO reported that there are 174 people being treated on trolleys this morning, 148 in EDs and 26 on trolleys in wards. The hospital with the highest number of patients on trolleys is University Hospital Limerick (69 patients), followed by Cork University Hospital (32). There are three patients being treated on trolleys at MRH Tullamore.
