Miss Bikini finalist wants to spread ‘positivity and motivation’

Tamara Nolan from Rochfortbridge is a finalist in the Miss Bikini Ireland competition and says she wishes to help spread positivity and motivation during the national lockdown.

The personal trainer says “we are all in this together” and she wants to help those struggling with their mental health, physical health and wellbeing.

“I am so proud to be a finalist for Miss Bikini Ireland 20/21 spreading body positivity and showing women that they can love their body no matter the size or shape,” says Tamara.

“As a personal trainer I have been using my social media platform to promote a healthy lifestyle with tips and tricks on how to keep active and positive during a national lockdown.

“I frequently post food ideas and workouts that anyone can do from home with no equipment.”

Tamara recently started a weekly challenge on her Instagram page which is proving to be a big hit with her followers.

“I started a weekly challenge on Instagram which has been a huge hit for motivating people to take part every week and challenge themselves to get them moving.

“I mean it can be difficult to motivate ourselves during January with no gym and a lock down right? So that's why I try to motivate as many people as I can.
