Local horse trainer Ciaran Murphy celebrated his second winner in a week yesterday.
Bridge Native won the Guiness Handicap at a meeting in Ballybrit, Galway yesterday afternoon.
With Jordan Gainford in the saddle, Bridge Native powered to victory with eight and a half lengths to spare over Espion Du Chenet in second place.
Yesterday's win in Galway follows hot on the heels of Takana's victory in Bellewstown last Wednesday, September 29.
