The Santa Truck is coming to Mullingar this weekend

The Santa Truck is coming through Mullingar on Saturday evening.

A non for profit organisation based in Kildare, the people behind Santa Truck have this year chosen the LauraLynn foundation as its charity partner this Christmas.

LauraLynn is Ireland's only children's hospice. LauraLynn's mission is to provide a Community of Care that delivers evidence-based, personalised services to children with palliative care needs, complex care needs and complex disabilities, while also providing family support services and a home to our residents where quality-of-life is paramount.

“We have chosen this charity as Christmas is a magical time of year but can also be a very hard, difficult and upsetting time for other people and there families too. We feel that LauraLynn provides a fantastic service to families and their children in there time of need and we want to try and help and support these in the continuous work they do. LauraLynn helps families to make the most of short and precious lives,” the Santa Truck says.
