Good wishes sent to army personnel serving abroad

Army personnel from Mullingar who are serving overseas with the United Nations were remembered by Cllr Michael Dollard at the December meeting of the Municipal District of Mullingar Kinnegad.

He wished them a happy Christmas and new year, remarking that it can be a lonely time for those serving abroad.

He pointed out that Mullingar people are now serving all over the world, not just in Lebanon, Cyprus and the Middle East.
