'Jealous Wall' looking for ‘creepy short stories with an Irish midlands edge’
A live storytelling event that emerged from Eimear Keating’s monthly radio show, ‘The Jealous Wall’ on Dublin Digital Radio, took place in December and is returning in June.
It had the backing Westmeath County Council and Belvedere House and Gardens, and Eimear has expressed her delight this week the county council have given the go-ahead for the show to happen again.
As she prepares for the Saturday June 11 date, Eimear is looking for “budding Westmeath authors with some creepy short stories!”.
She is asking for pieces of no more than 2,500 words, and “preferably with an Irish midlands edge”.
If you would like to submit a story, make contact via thejealouswallaudiobookpodcast@gmail.com or find it on Instagram @thejealouswall.
The next edition of the monthly radio show on Dublin Digital Radio is on May 2.
The event is funded by Westmeath County Council #LocalLive.
