Roadworks in Ballymore and Tyrrellspass areas this week

Surfacing roadworks at being carried out in the coming week in the Ballymore, Rosemount area, and between Tyrrellspass and Tullamore.

Westmeath County Council have said that the works are at the following locations on the following dates:

• Monday May 16; L-5327 Ballybrickogue, Rosemount. (Rosemount, Ballymore Road)

• Tuesday May 17; L-1101 Rahugh (Tyrrellspass, Tullamore Road)

Works are due to start at 8am and finish at 6pm each day.

These sections of road will be closed to traffic for the duration of the works and traffic diversions will be in place.

The roads will reopen to traffic on completion of works each day.

The council offered apologies for any inconvenience caused.
