Castletown Geoghegan Comhaltas are hosting their Comhaltas Summer Seisiún shows again this year and will have six shows on consecutive Friday nights from June 10 to July 15, in Castletown Geoghegan Hall at 8pm.

Enda Seery, chairperson, said: “The shows were hugely enjoyable in 2018, 2019, and after the Covid hiatus, we’re raring to go again, especially in the lead-up to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Mullingar, where Castletown Geoghegan Comhaltas will be performing on the Gig Rig.

“Our performance group have been rehearsing for the last few weeks and we look forward to inviting plenty of musicians, singers, dancers and stories for the second halves of the Seisiún shows too.
