Mullingar restaurant up for sale

One of Westmeath's best known restaurants is up for sale and interested parties have until this Friday to put an offer in.

When the restaurant and bar formerly known as Sheridan's Roadhouse was put up for sale last month it had an initial AMV of €395,000.

However, in an advertisement in this week's Westmeath Examiner, selling agents REMAX Team Earley has announced that it will take an offer in excess of €530,000 to purchase the landmark Clongowney premises.

Remax Team Earley says that the property comes to the market in “excellent condition” and “offers huge potential to perspective buyers”.

The deadline for offers is this Friday September 9.
