Westmeath dancer in new Disney movie Disenchanted
Eleanor Waldron successfully auditioned for a dance role in Disney’s latest movie, Disenchanted.
The film is a sequel to the 2007 film Enchanted and it also stars Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey.
Eleanor joined the other successful dancers and travelled home to Ireland for the filming in Dublin and Enniskerry under director Adam Shankman.
A native of Multyfarnham and a former student at Loreto College Mullingar, Eleanor began her dance career at age four.
She achieved high grade distinctions from The Royal Academy Of Dance from pre-primary to advanced level under the guidance of Anica Louw of Shawbrook school of dance in Legan, County Longford
Eleanor has won many awards in classical ballet and contemporary dance at national and international level and continues her dance career in the UK while also pursuing an acting career.
