Learn to Cycle park open this week, in time for Christmas

Westmeath's first 'Learn to Cycle' park is opening this week just in time for Christmas.

The brad new facility near the Royal Canal at Grange, Mullingar, provides a smooth tarmac surface track ideal for beginner cyclists.

The track is lined and marked similar to a real road.

The park is fenced and landscaped.

The park was funded under the Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme by the Department of Rural and Community Development.

Car parking is available at Grange, South Canal.
