Welcome back. It was so good to see you all back in good form after the Christmas break; we wish every one of you a happy healthy and prosperous new year.

Opening hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to lunchtime on Fridays. You are welcome to call in, have a cuppa and chat. Membership is due now.

Coffee Mornings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am, fun game of bingo afterward. ‘Go for Life’ every Wednesday 10-11am.

There will have a list of 2023 day trips in the near future for members to think about. Dia Dhuit! Conversational Gaeilge for an hour of conversational Irish on Wednesdays at 1pm.
