Running on – Jim Langan continues to impress

Kilbeggan man Jim Langan, who is part of the Tullamore Harriers Club, was winner of two gold medals in the Ireland master track and field indoor championships held in Athlone on Sunday February 5 in the 8,800 metres and 1500 metres. In the All-Ireland cross country 4k, he finished second.
