Charlestown property sold at auction

Circa 28 acres of grassland at Charlestown, Mullingar sold at an online auction conducted by Dillon Murtagh of Murtagh Bros on Thursday June 15 last.

It was a competitive auction and there were a number of committed bidders.

The property went on the market at €655,000, and the hammer fell after achieving a sale figure of €710,000.
