Castlepollard treasure hunt

A treasure hunt for young explorers was part of National Heritage week 2023 in Castlepollard, during which the local library and Tidy Towns hosted a Castlepollard Heritage Buildings photographic exhibition.

There were two age categories for the treasure hunt, and at Castlepollard Library on Wednesday last, August 23, the winners received their prizes.

Anne Byrne represented Castlepollard Library at the prize giving, and the prizes were presented by Castlepollard Tidy Towns members Dympna Farrelly and Kathleen Doran. Carol Hayden, also Tidy Towns, was present as well.
