Planning news for Kilbeggan and Clonmellon
Lambe Bros have applied to Westmeath County Council for permission to develop a 13-unit residential development on a site of 0.50 hectares on the Tullamore Road in Kilbeggan.
The planning application is for four three-bed semi-detached houses and nine three-bed townhouses, as well as the development of 0.10 (20%) hectares of public open space, and 25 dedicated car parking spaces.
Included in the application is vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development off the existing residential development of The Gallops.
The plan, which was lodged with the council on September 26 last, includes all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths and all other ancillary works.
Clonmellon housing plan
Hugh and Agnes Smith have applied to Westmeath County Council for permission to build 28 fully serviced residential units consisting 10 two-bed townhouses, eight one-bed maisonettes, and 10 three-bed semi-detached units, at Raistin Court, Killallon Road, Clonmellon.
Included in the application, which was lodged on September 29 last, is connection to the existing service road, services, landscaping, parking and all ancillary and associated works.
