Apartment block plan for College Street

Celine Johnston has applied to Westmeath County Council for permission to demolish an existing clubhouse building and outbuildings on College Street, Mullingar.

In its place, Ms Johnston wishes to construct two 3-storey residential blocks.

Block A will consist of 2 no. bedroom ground floor apartments, with two 2-storey, three bedroom duplex apartments overhead.

Block B will consist of three 2-bedroom ground floor apartments, and three two-storey 3-bedroom duplex apartments overhead, a total of 10 residential units in all.

The application also includes all associated site works College Street, Mullingar, and was lodged with the local authority on October 4 last.
