Keane’s HealthPoint Pharmacy awarded top workplace for menopause support

Keane’s HealthPoint Pharmacy has been named as an ‘Ireland’s Best Workplace for Menopause’, and staff received their award at a special event in the Stella Cinema in Rathmines last week.

Winning the award means a lot to the team, as managing director John Keane said: “It helps us understand what our team members and customers are going through, and it’s about being there for them, in more ways than one.”

Being recognised among larger companies like Bank of Ireland and LIDL is “a big deal for us”, added COO Gillian Ryan.

“This award shows that even a smaller business can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.”

John and Gillian said receiving the award is a starting point, not the end. “We have more plans to improve and grow, and we are excited to take those steps,” said John.

“We’ve recently rebranded, but our commitment to caring remains the same. We have a strong team of 80 people working across seven different sites, all dedicated to serving our community.

“Keane’s HealthPoint Pharmacy is committed to providing excellent pharmacy services. But it’s not just about the medicine; it’s also about understanding what our patients are experiencing and need.”
