What the auctioneers describe as “a prime piece of agricultural land” at Keenaghan, Collinstown is for sale by auction (unless previously sold) on Wednesday next, November 29, in Castle Varagh Hotel, Castlepollard.
Michael Farrelly of Sherry FitzGerald Davitt and Davitt in Kinnegad, said the property would suit a residence, subject to planning permission. It is well fenced and has a natural water supply and has road frontage.
The land is 14.30 acres in one division. “It has been farmed to the highest standard, which is evident on inspection,” said Mr Farrelly.
The postcode for the land is N91XA66; it is seven kilometres north east of Collinstown, 12km from Delvin, close to Fore, and some of the best fishing lakes in the area.
The auction is planned for 3pm on November 29.
