Ennell Bridge Club supporting TEAM

There was a very large attendance for Ennell Bridge Club president Louise McGonagle’s charity night on Monday 20 November, in aid of TEAM (Temporary Emergency Accommodation Midlands) for women and children experiencing homelessness and/or abusive relationships.

In addition to large support from the host club, members from the Lake and Belvedere clubs also supported the charity on what was a successful night.

Members from the visiting clubs commented on the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Ennell club.

On Monday November 27 Louise presented Terry McCague, representing TEAM, the donation of €1445.

Terry gave a detailed account of the work carried out by TEAM. Club members were proud and delighted to be able to support the charity.
