There was great fun at the Rochfortbridge Active Retirement Christmas Party held on Thursday November 23 in the Parish Hall. The hall was beautifully lit up outside, welcoming everyone to the annual Christmas get-together.
Inside, the elves had also been busy and the hall looked festive and cosy. Mass, celebrated by Fr William, was followed by a delicious Christmas meal supplied by Tyrrellspass Castle.
The raffle seemed to have no end of lucky winners and everyone danced the night away to the music of Declan Feery.
Well done to the Active Retirement Committee, the Parish Hall Committee and everyone involved in making it special community night out.
