A big thank you to everyone who helped with the Christmas Shoeboxes this year in Rochfortbridge Parish. It would be impossible to name everyone individually, but great teamwork was involved.

The pub quiz was a real winner and an enjoyable night. Thanks to Peter Newman and quiz master Declan Fletcher and to everyone who attended. Thanks also for donating the fabulous prizes for the raffle.

Thank you to all who gave donations of money, toys, teddies and suitable products for the shoeboxes, and also for the help delivering them to Mullingar.

A special Thank you to the girls in Junior Cert who helped throughout the year: Kady, Caitlin, Brianna and Kasey and also the transition year students from St Joseph’s.

It has been a wonderful year with amazing results. Five hundred and 70 Christmas Shoeboxes are on their way to Albania.

Now we start all over again.

The TYs are helping one day a week to cover the boxes for next year.
