Local player selected for Masters Ladies International Rules squad

A member of The Downs team that reached the final of this year's ladies SFC final has been named in Ireland's first Masters Ladies International Rules squad.

Michelle Bohan has been selected for the squad that will make history when they face the AFL Masters Australian Team on the weekends of March 9 and March 16 in Cavan.

In a post on its Facebook page, Westmeath LGFA congratulated Michelle on being selected for the 23 player squad, which will be managed by Michael Moyles.
