Major raffle planned in aid of family fundraiser

A super draw is to be held in Clarke’s Bar, Mullingar on Saturday March 16 to conclude the raffle in support of Toss Maher and family.

Such is the level of support for the charity event, the committee was left with no choice but to hold a separate draw for the overflow of prizes. A hugely successful spot prize campaign saw around 70 prizes donated and among the great prizes on offer on March 16 is a 50” television, sponsored by Clarke's Bar. There are numerous €100 vouchers to be won and other great prizes are up for grabs in what is a bumper draw.

Tickets for Saturday’s week’s raffle - 3 lines for €5 - are on sale in Clarke’s Bar. It promises to be a great evening of fun as the draw reaches its culmination and friends of Toss and his family are welcome to come along and show their support on the evening.

The committee would like to acknowledge all who have lent their support to this family fundraiser, including the many businesses in Mullingar and beyond who donated spot prizes, all who bought tickets for the recent benefit night and draw, and the many people who have donated. Advertisements will run on the evening to acknowledge the support of the sponsors. There are plans to hold an auction at a later date.
