Bellview Offices (formerly Clonard House) has been renovated for use as offices.

Bellview Offices offer bright, welcoming work place

Built in the 1800s, Bellview House (previously known as Clonard House) is a historic period building that has had many functions in Mullingar over the years. It was built by the second Earl of Belvedere, George Rochfort, who owned large amounts of land around Mullingar, including Belvedere House.

It was once the residence of the Bishop of Meath after the The Diocese of Meath bought the house in 1952, then became the tourist office and was most recently used as a Victorian Escapade Experience before it was transformed into Bellview Offices.

Bought in 2022, Bellview House was transformed into Bellview Offices, in a thorough restoration process, with careful attention paid to preserving historic features while ensuring the building met the needs of modern businesses.

The result is a bright and welcoming office environment, complete with elegant boardrooms designed to impress clients, dynamic and bright workspaces and kitchen facilities.

The new owners stated: “We’re delighted to have the opportunity to invite local businesses to join us in working in such a bright, elegant and historic building.”
