Murtagh Bros auctioneers are offering for sale 18 acres of “good quality agricultural land” at Slanebeg, Slanemore, Mullingar, at auction on Friday 12 July (3pm).
The auctioneers describe the holding as an “attractive c.18-acre non-residential farm of good quality agricultural land, with good road frontage.
“It is laid out in neat divisions and would be ideal for building a house, subject to the necessary planning permission through the local planning authority. It is suitable for any farming enterprise.”
The land is on the right-hand side of the L1804 immediately after Eircode N91 FD36 (note that the Eircode is for location reference only); from Mullingar, take the R393 for approximately 7km, then turn right to the L1804.
