Mullingar Karate experts make an impression

The Mullingar Dojo put on a great display for the crowd and got audience members to join in and enjoy some Traditional Karate for their first time, at a recent Open Lithuanian Day in The Downs.

The Demonstration ended with an impressive wood breaking display which was enjoyed by all.

Classes continue at the long running Club throughout Summer and new beginners are always welcome. The Dojo meet twice weekly (Tues/Sat) to train and cater for ages 6yrs – Adult. The Karate Club is based at the Mullingar Parish Centre (next to Cathedral). The club will run their popular annual Summer Camp from August 19th – 23rd for ages 6yrs – U16yrs and no previous experience is necessary. The final day will see a visit to local 10-pin Bowling which is included in Cost. They will also invite a Guest Instructor to attend. The Camp will be multi-activity with some Karate and Self-Defence also included for good measure. Details 086 1676358.
