Masked men break into house

Gardaí have appealed for information following an aggravated burglary in the Grange area last week. Two armed masked men broke into a house at around 3am on Thursday last, August 20. The duo were disturbed by some of the occupants and fled. No one was injured in the incident. Anyone who noticed anything suspicious in the Grange area in the hours leading up to the break-in is asked to contact Mullingar Garda Stations.

Drugs seizure

A quantity of drugs were seized after a property was raided in the Mullingar area last Wednesday morning. The premises was searched and a quantity of drugs were discovered. A male was arrested and detained at Mullingar Garda Station in connection with the seizure.

Firearm seized

A male was arrested and detained in connection with the seizure of a firearm at a property in Grange last Wednesday morning. The firearm was seized after gardaí received a report about a male being in possession of a firearm in the Grange area. The weapon was discovered by the gardaí in a house and a male occupant was arrested in connection with the seizure.
