There were smiles all around on Friday at St Joseph’s Secondary School in Rochfortbridge, as the Class of 2024 received their Leaving Certificate results. "This group were particularly hard working and we were absolutely delighted to see them achieve to their full potential," said principal Margaret Cole.

"The results are excellent across all of our subject offerings and it is clear to see that this is a set of fine young people who are destined to do well in life. The students are choosing a variety of career paths and it is lovely to see them feeling fulfilled in their work over the last six years.

"Achieving to their full potential is our wish for every student who attends St Joseph’s; and for the students, their families and for us as a school, that is ultimately what is the most important."

Ms Cole wished each of the students the best as they take the next steps in their lives "and the only thing we ask of them now is to always keep in touch and to remember that while their time here has come to an end, we will always be here if they need us".
