Coláiste Mhuire, Mullingar, captured the Leinster Junior ‘A’ Football title, overcoming Naas CBS, 3-13 to 1-16.

Goals from Aaron Connaire and Sean Hayes gave them an early lead in the final and while Naas led at half-time, Coláiste Mhuire were strong enough to prevail.

Killian Mooney, coming off the bench, made a crucial impact by scoring three vital points, helping to regain and maintain the lead. Connaire’s second goal, with just five minutes remaining, proved decisive, pushing Coláiste Mhuire ahead by two points. In the final moments, substitute James Murtagh sealed the win with a difficult free, ensuring a memorable victory for the Mullingar team.
