Gardaí report Mullingar man has been 'located deceased'

Gardaí have reported this morning that 22-year-old Callum Coughlan has been 'located deceased'.

A garda statement read:

Following the discovery of a man’s body in County Westmeath, the missing person appeal in respect of Callum Coughlan, who is reported missing from Mullingar, since Tuesday 17th September 2024, has been stood down.

"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and public for their assistance in this matter. No further action is required and no further information is available at this time."
