Meeting to discuss reopening 1st and 10th Mullingar Scouts
Such is the level of interest in reviving the Scouts in Mullingar that here is a meeting this week to follow up on the one held on Monday of last week.
Peter O’Brien, provincial development officer with Scouting Ireland, and Dee O’Brien McGivney Lakelands Scout county commissioner, addressed the audience of almost 50 at the Bandhall last week.
A meeting is now taking place for anyone interested in reopening 1st and 10th Mullingar Scouts today, Tuesday November 19 at 7.30pm in the Mullingar Charity Variety Club premises (N91 E1WD).
